Hi everyone! Welcome to my blog! I have been browsing around for a few months and have seen all these incredible teacher blogs, and it has inspired me to try one of my own! I teach first grade at my old elementary school and I absolutely love it! This is my second year teaching. Last year I literally got thrown into the position. I was hired two days before school started, so I didn't really have time to set up my room and do things the way I wanted to. This year I feel SO much more prepared and had a great time this summer getting everything together and being able to do things the way I had always dreamed! :)
This is my first blog, and I don't really know how to navigate it yet so it might look a little rough! I am hoping to post pictures and ideas from my first grade class on here, but not sure if it will be successful or not! :p I have been looking around, and seen some pretty awesome blogs out there, so any advice you guys could give me would be great!
Welcome to the wonderful world of teacher blogs! I started mine last winter so I haven't been doing it long either. I would go to Ladybug Teacher Files for blogging tips. Also, I used to use Google docs to upload my documents but it is too hard! Now I use Scribd and it is much easier!
